S&A provides intelligent technology solutions to businesses in different areas of industries. Our custom solutions cover three broad areas: e-learning, application development and reporting.

In the e-learning division we provide a complete set of solutions that are custom-tailored to fit our clients’ training needs. Our e-learning modules comprise a wide range of traditional, presentation-based and video-based courses. Each of these courses can be built as SCORM compliant and ready to be deployed in our proprietary SA-LMS, or any SCORM compliant Learning Management System.

S&A’s application development provides businesses with solutions that improve any business process. In the past few years we have developed various applications, particularly for the web platform.

S&A also has extensive experience in data analysis and reporting.

History

S&A was founded by Dr. Peter Schmitt in 2003. Dr. Schmitt received his Ph.D in physics from the University of Wuerzburg, Germany. He has participated in many research projects, such as in the field of high energy physics at CERN and in Harvard University.

Dr. Schmitt has been equally engaged in engineering and computer programming, managing the first development of a digital car phone in AEG Mobile Communication (Ulm, German) and serving as the Project Implementation Team Leader on BASF Corporation. In the latter he focused on development of Java and JSP, designed and implemented process changes and enhancements in SAP R/3, and introduced SAP’s Logistics and Information System (LIS) into the company.
