Sales and Operation Inventory Planning:
For a larger company S&A developed a report that extracted data from SAP, merged it with forecasts from the sales staff and proposed production orders to be placed into SAP.

Pricing Report:
Raw material prices went up for one of S&A’s client. S&A created a report that suggested list prices to reach a certain margin. The report replicates some of the clients’s cost calculation.

Customer Service Report:
The client provided large amounts of text-based data that montiors all their equipment. S&A created a report that showed over 600 graphs of various types of performance data.

Demand Report:
Sales orders are attached to warehouse where the goods are stored. This report evaluates all warehouses and suggests transfers of goods to fulfill sales orders.
With this report the client can reduce inventory and avoid unnecessary production orders.
